The location was great for exploring the city during the New Year festivities. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. The hot spring was a nice perk after a long day of sightseeing.
The hotel lacked the charm and personality that could have enhanced the overall experience. The staff was not very welcoming or accommodating during a time when guests would expect extra warmth and hospitality. The breakfast options were limited and the lack of any complimentary bottled water was disappointing. the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

This hotel boasts a great location, close to JR stations, multiple tourist areas, and even the airport. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some guests even getting an upgrade. Several of the staff are friendly and helpful, although some have limited English skills.
